Very helpful, called them after another place told me that they could not fix my car until January because of the problem with the Long Beach Ports. I called El Monte Collision Center and spoke to the manager Luis who was very nice and helpful. Emailed I'm pictures of the damage and he said 5 days to get my car fixed.

Highly satisfied with the workmanship done with my car. El Monte Collision Center is nothing but AWESOME!! Very nice and professional team. Most specially Luis Rios for his daily updates regarding the status of the car’s repair progress. Paula Rivera for her step by step assistance from processing the paperwork for the claims with the insurance to arranging a rental for me. No wonder why they have such high regards from their clients — because they really are “Best” at what they do! And I’m proud to say that it was such a pleasure being one of their many clients.👍 Definitely recommend this company for all you folks who needs repair/bodywork done for your car(s).
