Over the past year I've really appreciated agent Tony Carranza who always provides excellent customer service on vehicle check-ups. Tony communicates very well, and gives excellent & sound advice on auto maintenance issues, and is a wealth of knowledge for the long term upkeep of my vehicle. Always very cheerful, and it's a pleasure to bring my car in for a service appointment. Most of all, it's entirely evident how Tony cares about many customer's good experiences. Thank you!

this guy's need to put their staff together, and when I say staff! is because last year I purchase a vehicle. a month after they called me stating that they forgot to add the sales tax. which I should of done is have they take the car back. they had me going back and forth, they Misspell my name. the car didn't have up to date tag's I called them asking about the tag. and they gave me the excuse that it was up to date. so I got pulled over for the tag been expired. I explained to the officer the situation the car registration, that the dealer never gave me the current tags. now I got a fixing ticket that officer told me I don't need to pay for. which is a lie! every time anyone gets a fixing ticket, always have to pay a court fee.

Took my car in to get a tire sensor checked and replaced, it took them almost two hour to diagnose which sensor needed to be replaced, and then they wanted to charge $300 for labor and one sensor. I denied service. A few days later, I turn my car on for the first time since taking it to the dealership and the engine light, the vehicle stability control off indication light and the master system warning light all come on. I had none of these issues prior to taking my car in. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE, these mechanics have no clue what they’re doing!

Erin for internet sales was amazing. I have been looking for the Camry Trd for months. And she helped me find one.
