TOOK MY EXPEDITION THERE TO GET A DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE,LEFT TRUCK THERE IN AM CAME BACK B4 CLOSING ONLY TO BE TOLD I NEEDED A COMPLETE TUNE UP. NEXT TO ONLY SEE THIS 1/2 WITTED MECHANIC TOOK EVERYTHING OFF SPARK PLUGS,WIRE'S,COIL PACKS, I WAS LIKE UR ONLY SUPPOSED TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC ON MY EXPEDITION!! THEN THEY PUT PARTS BACK IN STILL CHARGED ME THE $75 BUCKS FOR SERVICE BROUGHT SUV BACK HOME NOT RUNNING AT ALL GOT ANOTHER MOBIL MECHANIC TOOK OFF ALL PARTS I JUST REPLACED ONLY TO FIND OUT 3 SPARK PLUS WE'RE NOT MINE 2 COIL PACKS NOT MINE AND I JUST BOUGHT ALL THAT BRAND NEW!!! WENT BACK FOR MY $$ THEY REFUSED TO PAY ME BACK THEN LIED AND SAID THEY DIDN'T CHANGE PARTS!! THIEF'S AND LIARS AND THE WORST SHOP FOR REPAIRS!! WILL NEVER GET MY BIZZNESS AND I HOPE OTHERS READ THIS B4 IT HAPPENS TO THEM!!!
