It was my first time visiting Hawthorne Optometry today. I had made an appointment online over three weeks ago only to be told it was not in the system. The lady in the front was nice and tried to let me in since there was still time before closing time at 6pm. But the doctor told her no. I was told that all the machines were shut off for the day at 4:50pm. I left without being seen and recieved a text later from them thanking me for visiting Hawthorne Optometry and to provide feedback about the visit. What visit? Will definitely not be returning.

The staff is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt at ease from the time I arrived, through the examination process, to when I picked out my glasses. The Doctor and staff communicated throughout my visit. They explained everything in great detail which I appreciated very much. They followed all Covid-19 protocols which helped me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Very quick. Came in because I had metal shaving in my eye got it in and out in 15 minutes. Very helping and nice!

This clinic is neat and has a relaxing aura. Dr Nakada and the entire staff were very pleasant and attentive to details. I appreciated how communicative and complementary Dr Nakada was with me during my eye examination, explaining things to me along the way, and generally making me comfortable. In a nutshell, the entire crew were easy to talk to and helpful throughout my entire process. This is my second time with this eye clinic and I feel good about being a continued customer here. I'm glad this clinic is so close to me! Cheers to Hawthorne Optometry! 😊👏🏽
