We recently had Maria do a deep clean at our home before the arrival of some guests. We were very happy with the level of service she provided! So much so that we decided to have her come regularly to take over our housekeeping. She is very professional and personable. We had a couple of special needs/requests that she happily accommodated. We would highly recommend her cleaning service to all we know.

My daughter bought her first house in Jackson,TN. I live out of state and wanted to help her by getting the house cleaned so we would be ready to move her in as soon as I got in town. Being out of state I had no idea who to call. I called Maria's. She was able to fit it in her schedule with only a weeks notice. They arrived when they said they would. We found out that the sellers were disgusting pigs! They did no cleaning when they moved out and by the looks of the place hadn't cleaned in a very long time. Needless to say Maria's had their work cut out for them. It took 2 cleaners 5 hours to clean. And that was still not enough. But what they did was good. It looked so much better. I had a slight problem with the carpets but the situation was rectified. If needed I would use them again.

I used this company a couple months ago and got a pre move in clean and they did a wonderful job, so booked a standard cleaning and have been rescheduled for 3 weeks in a row with no prior notice. I had to call and ask why they didn't show up. They were supposed to be here 45 minutes ago and are not. I texted the same number that rescheduled me 30 minutes ago with no response. I will just be booking someone else.
