I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was perfect (a major mall is right across the street) and it was easy to get everywhere I wanted. The staff were pleasant and eager to help out. The breakfast was just alright nothing extraordinary but good enough to get you out of the door. The waiters seemed partial but I guess it must be nice to relate with someone who speaks your language. The only con is that they had agreed to a late check out but called to get me out of my room before the agreed time. I wasn't comfortable with this but overall it was a nice place. The gym is also well equipped so pack some workout gear if you can!

We were there for a niece's quinceanera. Wonderful venue, staff, food, bar, and accommodations we're better than expected. All in all they helped us have a memorable life event and a good time was had by all!!! Would highly recommend!!

A bunch of ingrates with policies that make absolutely no sense. So I can safely say that customer service deserves a negative rating for the B.S. I am dealing with in which the location is REFUSING to accept the credit card on file from which the booking was made in lieu of forcing me to use a non-rewards credit card and pay a higher out of pocket fee because they think people are walking into their $300+/night hotel attempting to undertake credit card theft? Your policies are moronic and please expect me to leave similarly wonderful reviews for you on a few other sites since I already wasted 20+ minutes reaching out to Marriot Corporate only for the rep to be in dismay going "please do not shoot he messenger, but the local policy makes no sense."

Great location as pick up points for guided tours to Los Angeles and the west coast. The rooms are spacious, clean, with fast wifi and complementary water bottles and coffee. Breakfast starts at 6:30. They don’t offer room service but you can easily order 24 7 using the Uber Eats. Be mindful that they take a deposit that is refundable once you checkout.

First time staying here and will definitely go back. I felt very welcomed when I checked in and the front desk staff were so polite and friendly. It wasn't that forced kind of friendly either. The room was very cute and clean. I was very happy to see they served real breakfast and not one of those grab and go bags. It was a breakfast buffet with made to order omelets. I had mine to go and there were no issues getting that boxed with a cup of OJ for the road. I also felt appreciated as a Marriott member and already booked my next stay here for work. It is by the freeway so be sure to have earplugs (I always travel with some) so I did not have any problems with noise as some others have mentioned.
