My experience with the Chino Hills Medical was exceptional. I have been going to the Fontana location for a couple of years. The staff was always very nice and helpful. I transfer to this new location due to me moving to Orange County. I needed to complete my treatment with the Titan and Genesis Laser. The ladies at the front desk were very professional and extremely informative on all the procedures. What I did appreciate, was that they had all the “Specials”on the office table for viewing, with many photos to show the before and after procedures of their clients. They even have one photo of me, showing the improvements on my skin. The person of interest that did this amazing treatment on me is; Oksana Pradun🌺. I have been doing skincare for over twenty years with many different types of treatments. She is by far, one of the “Best” in her field. I could feel the difference immediately, seeing the results within a couple of days. I would highly recommend that you go and ask for her.. I am so a lot disappointed with the poor communication. I have been coming here for years and in fact have rated them as 5star. I just arrived, 5:42pm, they take their last patient at 5:30pm. Doesn’t change the fact that they have great services, great customer service. Great staff.
