Hana Massage

Highly unprofessional! Finished the massage in 40 min and charged full 1 hour payment and added $40 as tip on the card. The guy also walked in the massage room to talk to me while i was still on the table after the therapist told me that they wont complete a full 1 hour.. He was just arguing with me like right before the massage session! It was my first time at this place and also the last for sure. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Rather pay extra somewhere else and get a better treatment than get ripped off at cheap and mediocre places like this one!!!

I have been coming to this location since May 2015. I always enjoy the experience. First I must say I was a few minutes late so I told the masseuse to focus on my back, shoulders and neck. Something is off with the service. What products are you all using now? Clearly she used a lotion which was just thick. It was difficult to use it for the massage and I had to tell her she was hurting me. No good oils? What's wrong. I will give you guys one more try maybe this was an off day but the massage itself was a 6 out of 10 and I am being generous.

DO NOT GO HERE. The absolute most disgusting place ever. The owner should not be working there. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my whole entire life. The 2 men! He hung up on me when he didn’t like what I had to say he was cursing at me and telling me to shut up. I went to the wrong location and he told me to drive 45 minutes back. He was making snarky remarks to a person next to him while he was yelling on the phone to me. They will charge you if you have to cancel your appointment. They never told me prices on the phone. These people should not be working there they need to treat people with respect and they don’t!

Lonnie is AMAZING!!!! I’m almost 8 months pregnant and was gifted a massage by an awesome friend who recommended her to me and I’m so thankful she did! My whole body feels a lot lighter. I’ve been having back problems and right after when I was getting dressed I knew she worked a miracle because for the first time in months it didn’t hurt to bend down and put my shoes on. Thank you Lonnie your an angel sent! Definitely will be back soon! Also forgot to mention she’s so sweet and makes you feel super comfortable. I love how I never felt uncomfortable or awkward we talked the whole time and I loved it.
