I see all the community comments and i feel bad saying anything negative. But them my will to stand up for myself and my experiences with them but be stated . Maybe these reviews are friends and family members because i don't want to feel singled out. This is actually the second EXSPERIENCE i have had with the dealership. The first me and my ex bought a 2013 ford Taurus, price was 11,999 and he asked the bank for 13,000 , i gave him $2000.00 down and oddly it was added to the price of the vehicle instead of subtracting it .Then the APR was 21.99% at 48 months at 373.00 a month with the majority of the payment going straight to interest .. Which i believe is illegal to charge that high of APR for a car..it looked more like a personal loan. Now since me and ex broke up he took that car. So Carlos offered to get me financed so i went for it.. Well keep in mind i paid 2000 down and for 6mo before my ex took it so ive already lost money. So when i went it Carlos was busy busy and kinda rushed me threw the process . I filled out app for loan and i had my eye on a 2016Toyota COrolla WHICH HAD NO PRICE ON IT AT THE TIME. . HE SAYS GET ME A THOUSAND DOWN SO I TALK TO HIM A WEEK LATER AND I COME IN TO DO THE DEAL HE BY THE WAY SAID HE WAS GOING TO MEXICO .SO I DEAL WITH TO OTHER EMPLOYEES THEY PUSH IT THREW GIVE ME THE PAPERWORK AND I NOTICED THIS CAR WAS FOR 16,999. WHICH ITS ONLY $12,999 BLUE BOOK VALUE..!!! THE LOAN BEING ???? I DONT KNOW BECAUSE THE BANK Hasn't RECEIVED THE PAPERWORK AFTER ABOUT 5 DAYS ..WELL NOW THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE AND ALL CALLS ARE FORWARD TO Carlos IN MEXICO AND I FEAR THERE WILL BE WORSE NEWS AS I PROGRESS Threw THIS WEEK .WHY IAM I GETTING TREATED THIS WAY.

A car buyers dream! Carlo and his team made our experience a delight. We called about a van we saw online, 2 hours later we arrived and we're shown the vehicle, it was everything Carlo said it was. We drove it loved it and got an unbelievable price, then they pull the van into their service facility for an oil change, and to service the A/C, we never even mentioned any service needs! They carried a little paper on the purchase, interest free! Wonderful buying experience!!
