Been taking our two Toyota's here for years and the staff is on top of their game and treat me like I'm their only customer or their favorite. Always went to Garth for years for any servicing but he got promoted which he deserved and the staff who I worked with after that I was hesitant because I thought no one could be as good and honest and I was wrong.... The service advisor Javier was just as good and was honest. I love getting the facts on the issues with the Avalon and Tundra I have, but even better, the advice on what necessary to do now for safety reasons and what I can wait on. Javier knows the financial restrictions i have and helps me choose best. Because of that I will be back to take care of the rest of the issues, if any, with Toyota and not some garage down the street. Also want to praise the car rental dept. The gentleman who runs things over there was helpful and thorough and gave me peace of mind. He helped me learn quickly about the rental that had bells and whistles on it which my vehicles and being a 2003 and 2006 don't have. I need to still get Bluetooth in them. So thank you also. Great job Toyota!!😁

The courtesy, knowledge, and transparency of the staff were all exemplary. I was able to complete my emergency repairs at no cost under my warranty. The problem is, it took over 4 hours. I understand that I came as a walk-in, but I wish the process was a little more streamlined or that there were more technicians on staff. TL;DR - This place offers quality service and transparency, but make sure you have a ride planned or a lot of time on your hands; it'll be a wait

The service today was excellent. It was a much better experience than my last that had me questioning if I wanted to come back. Chris R was clear about charges, called back when i called to check in, and got the work done when he stated. Excellent all around!

The service was great easy and fast. I only had to wait for about 30 minutes and they already had my vehicle all set. The people were kind and took good care of my car, they even took the time to wash my car leaving it amazing. I definitely recommend to take your car to the Toyota of Escondido. They will not disappoint you or anyone. Great job fellow

General Sales manager, Damien is about as good as it gets. He is no doubt the most professional, knowledge leader I’ve ever met. Leads by example and sets the bar high.
