Nice people but filed late. Had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on. Only to find out they made a mistake. Did I get an apology? No. Then they filed but filed with the wrong address on the forms. How this address came to be? No idea. Also the app is awful. The website is awful. Buggy mess and doesn't allow for proper communication, appointment setting, or documentation uploading. Charged me 600$ for this experience and I don't recommend it. And with the wrong address being inputted unless the IRS does direct deposit like last year there will be a check floating in the mail system for over 1000$ that I will never get.
