Embassy Suites Anaheim- South

I loved our room! We stayed on the 12th floor with a great view! I will admit it was slightly an inconvenience because one of their elevators was out of order, so it made for less frequent trips to the top. We didn't really need it all that much, but felt like forever getting up to our room. Attended an event in one of their conference rooms and it was great! Their public bathrooms were so clean also! We had a minor inconvenience with our originally assigned room when we first arrived, but the front desk took care of it so quickly it wasn't an issue at all! I will admit the parking situation was less than great, but not too bad. I guess anywhere near Disneyland it's going to be busy for parking. I wish the parking lot was labeled better for compact cars, or that their spaces were bigger because our minivan had a hard time fitting in those parking spots. I'm sure the parking issue was maybe me parking in the wrong spot, but it was hard to tell.

Nice hotel, the rooms were just right for my 2 kids and I. The breakfast was good. They do have a little guest store in the lower level which was very convenient. The elevators were kind of slow although it seemed to be pretty busy at this time of year(Mid June). The pool was small and not much room. I wish they had a 24 hours coffee/tea spot for guest that would’ve been great. Over all a nice hotel. My family and I were on the 7th floor facing the Anaheim Convention and we could see the Disneyland fireworks at night.

Excellent hotel to stay in. 1 mile from Disney. Our room was a king suite. We had a separate living room area with a wet bar and mini fridge. Rooms are very spacious. The breakfast buffet and omelet bar is excellent. Lots of items to choose from fresh fruit and oatmeal too. Try the cranberry juice it is awesome. They have a gift shop in the lobby for any incidentals you may have forgot. This is our second time staying and we will be coming back. Staff was more than helpful and welcoming.

I love staying at the Embassy Suites normally. However this time I was very disappointed. Check in took about 40 minutes due to having only two people on during a prime time. No room service or movies but they take an extra charge on your card for incidentals… huh?? No one comes to clean unless you ask, and when I asked I was told, sorry we are too busy!!! Fortunately a lovely woman from housekeeping named Stephanie C came to bring me towels. When I told her my complaints she jumped right into action and took care of everything for me! Thank God for her! The only light in my stay. Not sure when I will stay again as I was less than impressed for $1000.00 bucks!
